Our Story
Built to Help Advisors Deliver
Better Retirement Outcomes
Blu Mountain Analytix was founded on a simple belief: financial advisors deserve software that is as precise, professional, and rigorous as the advice they give.
Our Mission
Empowering Advisors with Clarity and Confidence
Retirement planning is one of the most consequential financial decisions a person will ever make. The stakes are high — and the tools available to advisors have not always matched those stakes. Spreadsheets are fragile, generic software is too broad, and complex tax rules are constantly changing.
Blu Mountain Analytix was designed to change that. We built a platform where deep financial logic is separated from the user experience — ensuring that every projection, tax estimate, and withdrawal strategy is grounded in a rigorously tested, independently verifiable calculation engine.
Our goal is for every financial advisor who uses our platform to walk into a client meeting with complete confidence in their numbers — and to walk out having delivered a better retirement plan than would have been possible otherwise.
Our Values
What Drives Every Decision We Make
Accuracy Above All
Every calculation is built on verified IRS data — from tax brackets and RMD tables to contribution limits and Social Security thresholds. We do not estimate; we calculate.
Advisor-Grade Security
Client financial data is sensitive. Blu Mountain Analytix enforces strict data isolation — each advisor can only access their own clients, with role-based access controls throughout.
Built for Real Advisors
Every feature in the platform is shaped by the actual workflows of working financial planners — from client onboarding to final report presentation at a client meeting.
Continuously Improving
Tax laws change, retirement rules evolve, and advisor needs grow. We are committed to keeping the platform current with IRS updates and expanding its capabilities with each release.
Our Architecture
Software Built for Trust
At the heart of Blu Mountain Analytix is a strict separation between financial logic and the user interface. The calculation engine — handling taxes, RMDs, contributions, and multi-year projections — is completely isolated from the presentation layer.
This means calculations are independently testable, verifiable, and immune to UI-side bugs or regressions. When we update a tax bracket or change a UI element, neither affects the other.
When we say our numbers are accurate, we mean it in a technical sense: the logic has no side effects, no dependencies on application state, and is validated against IRS-published data. That is what it takes to earn the trust of a financial advisor — and their clients.
